In last month’s City Arts Magazine Jonathan Zwickel wrote a deeply understood feature on the fertile improvised music community in Seattle.  I was honored to get to talk with Zwickel about my views and interests in improvised music, and am quite proud of our explosively creative community, and how the writer immersed himself in its diverse array to get a better picture of everything that’s happening right now. Something utterly fantastic is growing in Seattle right now, and I’m beyond thrilled to be a part of it!
